These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TradiePool platform (“Platform”), operated by TradiePool Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “TradiePool”). By registering or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.
You may only register and use the Platform if you:
We verify your ABN against the ABR at registration. Providing a false or inactive ABN is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
TradiePool is a marketplace that connects job posters with potential bidders. We are not a party to any agreement entered into between a job poster and a bidder. We do not:
The relationship between a job poster and the awarded bidder is a contract between those parties only. TradiePool has no liability for that contract.

You must not post, submit, or communicate through the Platform:

| Illegal activity | Requests for unlicensed work, work requiring permits you don’t hold, money laundering |
| Misleading content | False job descriptions, inflated qualifications, fake reviews |
Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities. For full details see our Acceptable Use Policy.
Users are responsible for resolving their own disputes. TradiePool is not obligated to intervene in any dispute between a poster and a bidder.
Where a dispute is escalated to us, we may at our sole discretion review the matter and attempt informal mediation. Our decision on any mediation outcome is not binding on either party.
If informal resolution fails, parties may seek resolution through NSW Fair Trading, the appropriate trade licensing authority, or the courts of New South Wales.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradiePool is not liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to TradiePool in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
TradiePool may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, provide false information, engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Platform, or fail to pay any amounts owing.
On termination, unused credits are forfeited (except where required otherwise by the Australian Consumer Law) and you lose access to the Platform immediately. Your obligation to honour any pre-termination awarded bid remains.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All intellectual property in the Platform remains our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written consent.
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content, you grant TradiePool a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content to operate and improve the Platform.
Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
For material changes we will provide at least 14 days’ notice by email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms do not exclude, restrict, or modify any right or remedy you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) Schedule 2 (Australian Consumer Law) or any other applicable Australian law that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms is intended to contract out of any statutory guarantee under the ACL.
